Ordered 2 pairs of Jurrasic Park Crocs from Sunsingers.com on 11/21, never received, kept receiving carrier updates that they were still in transit until 12/19 then updates stopped. They still say they're in transit and won't refund. So tired of scams. Have reported to my bank, BBB and the Federal Trade Commisson, hope others do as well. Update: The reason they keep telling people they are still in transit is because after 60 days you can’t file a complaint against them per Federal Trade Commission. People please START filing complaints. UPDATE: Received them Jan. 24, 2 months 3 days after ordering sizes are too small. They look nothing like the pictures in advertisement very cheap plastic all in all what a major disappointment. Glad my bank refunded me.

Sunsingers...a TOTAL SCAM. No crock shoes ever arrived. Updates looked legit but not possible to follow up on the data provided.

I ordered two pairs of Crocs on 13 Nov 2024 and never received them. I have a listing from the supposed shipping company stating all the steps that the package has gone through with e-mails on a regular basis. The package supposedly arrived in Germany on 28 Nov. (15 days) and was released to a “local carrier” (unnamed) on 10 Dec. It is now day 55 since the purchase. I have since written to Sunsingers on several occasions requesting the package and sent them an E-mail asking for a refund telling them I will no longer accept the package. I will also be reporting this to the authorities as a fraud.

Would leave a zero if I could, ordered Jurassic crocks in November, shipping has them in Illinois for the last month. Email from them blames Currier. I went ahead and started a claim with pay pal after reading reviews. Really similar scan happening to alot of people.

Same problem most others have had with this company not being able to get crocs delivered. My tracking says they came from Italy and ended up in Clemson SC and stopped over a month ago. Total theft. based on other reviews that are not having problems maybe they are drop shipping and the chinese company Chikmicky is the problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an NFL lamp in October, still hasn't been delivered. The delivery company sent me a tracking number, which shows the paCKAGEe arrived in the UK first week of November. The delivery company do not respond to emails and Sun singers have not refunded my money. A complete shambles.
