Shipment took 2 Months, difficult communication and the product differed from what was presented. Good thing is that I received the shipment in the end after all.

Company send a second order when I reached out to get a refund when the first order did not arrive. They did finally arrive but are nothing like the item advertised, wrong size and have a horrible chemical smell! Complete waste of money.

This is definitely a scam. Ordered a product in early November. Actually got a tracking number that gave slow updates on shipping. Went on for weeks. Finally went quit. Emails to customer service are obviously AI generated.

I ordered crocs for my nephew for Christmas at the beginning of November. The site stated 7 - 12 days shipping. Here we are 2 months later and the order was lost. I contacted Sunsingers 2 weeks prior to Christmas and they said they would send another pair but they never did. They instead wrote back and blamed the issues on the weather and US customs. They took my money but I didn't get what I ordered. I would not order anything from this company ever again.

Do not purchase from this company ! I ordered crocs on 4/11/24 did not receive , given false tracking information lied about items in transit , was scammed out of $81 Australian , only gave 1 star so I was able to write a review

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Crocs ordered on 5th November 2024 never received. Given false tracking information and continuous apologies and excuses when contacted. They need investigating for fraud and shut down. Very angry and disappointed to be ripped off in this way. Case is now with PayPal - looks like they gave them false shipping info as well. Interesting to note that all the 4-5 star reviews are single time users of Trustpilot.

Yep, ordered Jurassic Park Crocs like a lot of people. 58 Days, 'at carrier' for three weeks. Filed a report with PayPal. Sunsingers has the GALL to ask via PayPal that we not start a dispute with PayPal as "it will takes 15 days we do in 5." Bull manure.
