Absolutely loved my experience with Sunset. As a founder, winding down our company after 10 years felt quite daunting. Lawyers are expensive. I didn't want to get the taxes wrong. We had a cap table with investors. All of it. A quick call with Brendan laid out all the steps and costs, and very quickly gave me a roadmap. After we started our engagement, Sunset took care of everything, from advising on wind-down outreach to our investors, to dissolving our cap table, handling taxes, and managing the dissolution itself. I think the thing that really compels me to write this review is how Sunset has gone above and beyond even now. Two years later, I'll occasionally get mail from the state (taxes, filings, old employment-related things that need signing or for me to pay fee, etc), and they're still available to advise and help point me in the right direction. Very grateful thank you guys.

If you have to put your dog down, you want to put it down in the most humane way possible. These guys are amazing to work with and the only way to ride into the sunset properly. Hope I never have to shutdown again but if I do, these are your guys.
