This is the worst Casino out there. They’re the biggest scam and crooks, I tried to withdraw my $3000 and they never ever paid me out. Everything they requested I provided and they kept giving me the runaround by finding any BS excuses. One customer service doesn’t look better than another stay away from the side. It’s a waste of time and it’s the worst ever. I have filed a complaint with the game commission and my attorney is also involved in this matter.

Another Casino who doesn’t pay their customers when they win Made a withdrawal request on September 13th 2024. 26 business days later and 38 total days later same answer from Nathen Garcia, in their financial department. We are experiencing delays with our payment provider. They suggest that they take your money you won and then send it somewhere so that payment provider can then send it out to you. How stupid do you think people are. So you pay double fees, JUST STOP. Let’s just say they are telling the truth, what delays is your payment provider experiencing ? Are you using a different method OR THE ONLY METHOD YOU CAN USE, the blockchain to send crypto ? No you’re not and the blockchain is working fine. And when it’s not working fine you can experience longer then usual send and receive times and we’re talking about 20 min to an hour when I say longer. And that’s because an unusual amount of transactions are going on at that time. The same method that Sunrise casino uses to take customers money and process that money in minutes. But when a customer wins that same process takes them 4 - 5 - 6 weeks or longer if they even do pay, which they have not paid me yet. SUNRISE DOES NOT PAY THEIR CUSTOMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I

This is a straight scam and lies. Absolutely do not waste your time and especially do not waste your money. I have waited for over a month on 100 dollars and they have no answers about when I will get it. They send a generic BS email every single time. They need to be shut down!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!

I won $300 on the 8th of September it was approved on the 17th here it is going on the 3rd of October nothing still.. they said 7 - 10 business days for approval and another 7-10 business days for them to send it out and if I didn't have it by the 2nd to get in touch with them and did that and they said whenever they get the approval I'll be the 1st to know like yall rude for all the wrong reasons LET US PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY AND SEE HOW HAPPY YALL ARE. THEY WILL NEVER GET A DIME OUT OF ME AGAIN UNLESS I GET MY MONEY WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR AND ITS ALREADY 6P...

Update 9/30- still no payment. They are still telling me to be patient. I have been very patient. I do believe I am getting scammed. Username: wn5e9a7pm4 I won 5k at the end of July. I had to split it up into 2 checks due to the amount. I received the first check in the mail in the allotted time. Same day same withdrawal same amount til this day almost 2 months later I still have not received payment. They keep telling me to be patient. I believe I have. No tracking number. They said once it goes to the third party for payment which was on 8/29 that they have no access to the information. I find it hard to believe they have no contact with the place that sends out payments for them. I call BS . All I want are my winnings. You take my deposits fast enough. Please pay at a decent timeframe. It is frustrating and I will not pay with this site again

Been waiting over a month for my payout I think they do it to make people give up they sure took my money with ease though I will change review if I'm ever paid but they keep giving me the run around actually none of their sister partners has paid and I'm not adding anymore money until they do you want us to follow the terms but make sure you put terms in place to cover every angle for you if I knew this I would have never made a deposit it's not right you put all this fine print just to make people give up this is the only company that does this and no company will make it in long run doing this you have forgot customers is what pays your bills this is why your revenue is 5 million but you can't even pay the most simple payouts ill contact family attorney at end of month if I haven't received payment it's the only way they will do something

They took away all the money I won asap quick.. they are straight up punks
