I have had several deposits and withdrawals over the last few years. These last two withdrawals were the most difficult and painful. I had to resubmit all documentation and was even told that I had to submit a copy of my birth certificate. That is absolutely absurd! It takes a month and a half to get the money back and you have to keep calling back otherwise they will forget about you.

I had a $2000 withdrawal on January 15 with Sunrise Slots. While playing the next day, the administrator confiscated my entire withdrawal. I contacted customer noservice and they stated I had played a crash game and that was against their "rule." This website is nothing but a den of thieves. DO NOT PLAY SUNRISE SLOTS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I won $900 and they said it will take 7-10 days to receive this and now I can’t even log in so law suit absolutely I’m down.

The card processor they used scammed by bank account by repeatedly processing the same amount numerous times a minute apart. When I contacted them their response was a lack of response. I have filed a dispute with my bank and the Federal Trade Commission for illegal business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. BAD NEWS!
