Well I don't think escalated. Is the same meaning to everyone. lol that means moves faster not same slug pace . It's been 10 days since I was told that my outstanding withdrawal was put on the escalation list .. we are nearing the two month mark again why would you want this kind of bad repore it makes no since upsetting so many people that will never keep a business afloat . I figured this method of payout would have improved since my first one.. granted I did eventually get paid 2 entire months later but there is no change at all makes a person not want to spend money here when you can't payout in a timely manner 2 weeks is a long time but Two months is beyond acceptable. . When you say fast payouts in your advertisement that's a blatant lie . I'm tired of waiting for what I should have received several weeks ago ...

Sunrise slots is the biggest rip off, played and won over 700 sent in all paperwork and was rejected, ad said fastest payout. That's a big joke! Annie r is the person or ai that told me the resend all information in bold print, done, rejected. Asked phone # got rejected all enclave casinos are the same.

There payouts are no good been waiting 2 months and 2 weeks to get a payout from dec 2024 get the same answer all the time..Never will play on this website until they get a better payout

I play on multiple sites. This site is by far the worste. I play video poker. I deposited $ and I could only play slots. Last time fire me. Don't fall for 300× keep your money it's a scam.

Once again. I requested a withdrawal they asked me to make lite coin purchase to verify my account and the told me I wasn't allowed my with drywall because it was bonus money even after I played through the required amount. I have had this happen before with this company. Don't spend money with this company they won't pay u and they have world class customer service top notch for a ripoff. It's a scam...

Sunrise slots withdrawal process takes about a month. Highly recommend trying a different casino if you value your money.

Maybe things will be a different for some people , however for most bad reviews anyone reads about this place...believe them. They don't want to pay you, I had a hell of a time with the document process, there are plenty of much better gaming sites to play on. You don't need the needless aggravation, I did everything right so as of right now. I don't want anyone to play with these people. My advice to you guys...run and run fast!
