I have never seen a more rigged impossible to wim casino online in my life. I play a lot of Keno. I have played an enormous amount of Keno on here and never won anymore than $25 in a round of Keno. I have watched the computer pick numbers regularly that are not even close to being random. I mean the delay between hitting play and the machine actually picking its first number is 3 to 5 seconds. Come man¡¡¡¡¡¡!!!!!!! They should be put out of business

Been waiting for almost two months on a lousy 100$ withdrawal... to still only get pushed off daily about it, if they respond at all. Do NOt spend your money here folks. Nothing but bad news. I even have screenshots of one person telling me the money has been sent to my act already and then talking five minutes later when I ask another person for the time stamp of that transaction, he would only say that he’d escalated the matter, and that he cannot promise me that the funds had been sent even though the previous employee told me just that.

This company is illegitimate scammers that stole over 440 dollars in winnings from me. I somehow got lucky on their rigged system and since I got lucky they refused to pay me what I won with a false lie.

I was approved for my withdraw on march 7 2023 and to date I still have not received my wire. Never did I get an email that it was approved I had to call to get this information. They really are scammers and don’t think I will ever get my winnings.

Waiting to see if and how long it will take for me to receive my very large win, already at the end of max time frames for approval. Will keep update update I wanted to give everyone a quick update on this casino do not deposit there. Do not play there and let me advise you that your first three withdraws if they're under 1000 will be quite quickly because you'll be able to use coin draw as a new member, not a VIP status to your member you'll get them rather quickly if you had to choose bitcoin and even if your account is fully verified and you do not violate any terms or conditions of the coupon or of the casino rules if you withdraw or request a withdraw for anything over a couple of thousand you are not going to get your money until you deposit in play while waiting for it otherwise you'll be put in the back of the line, I have verification screenshots to show every single conversation I've had with them also including them telling me the best advice I can give you for your delayed payment since it's been past the time frames approval will be approved is to just keep depositing and playing at the casino while waiting. I couldn't believe my eyes when I read this and I also have that screenshot to prove it anybody that wants to know any information through my experience about this casino? I can definitely tell you right now I have everything and I will take the time to provide it to you through email. My email address is nikkimonson42@gmail dot com

I gave one star cause there were no options for giving -5 stars.. watch out cause these company just take your money, but when your luck comes and you hit big?? They will not pay you.. first you have an outrageous play through balance ratio you have to clear? Before being able to withdraw the money you won fair and square?? Then you have to wait days!? For your “withdrawal request “ to be approved?? Then they will come up with a false technicality reason on how you are not suddenly “qualified “ to be the recipient of your fairly won winnings.. “god forbid that if happen to be on the process of spending your entire savings playing with them?” They would’ve dare to tell you you are not qualified to play or win from them??… they are just scam and I suggest y’all just download a REAL OFFICIAL casino gaming app from the app store.. that really pays you with real money and don’t fall to be another victim from these non official scammers.. these are from my own personal EXPERIENCE with them..

This company steals your money. Made a deposit and got logged out then couldn’t get back in. Created a second account to get their info and called to talk to someone , I was told that they saw I had my money on my account but my account was closed and I would not be getting my money back. I asked to speak to a manager and said no manager was available. I got on their chat and asked about it to have the chat shut me down , closed out the chat on me. This company is the absolute worst I have ever come across. Do not use their site. BEWARE !!!!!!

Total scam . They do not pay out your winnings. Just stealing your money.
