It's as simple as this: I played and won, and initiated a $2500 payout which was approved on October 27, 2023. It is now January 11, 2024. I played using a bonus sent to me by this casino - I completed the playthrough and asked live chat how to make a withdrawal - they helped me to be sure my id was verified (which was completed) then I was asked to make a verification deposit - which I did - then I requested the withdrawal of my $200 winnings (amount was verified by live chat) and my deposit of $44.73 - for no reason that I was given, my withdrawal was declined and they shut off my access to the casino (so I was told by live chat today)!
