Sunrise Bon Air. Appearance ok until the big problems set in-told by 3 separate staff members we're paying for room only for a dementia patient so she doesnt get showers, full meals, or MEDICATIONS! Michael will just lie and never call back and no one wants to give you someone higher up to help. I wish we never moved our loved one here!!!

Truly appalling home at Sidcup Frogmore. Staff are rude and abusive to residents that puts your loved ones at risk. Terrible place.
