Should be zero stars
Should be zero stars. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Still waiting for product ordered in November and can’t get a response as to when or if it will arrive. Do not order from here. They are a scam!!!

Horrible company
Horrible company! Zero stars is more like it. Their products are cheap garbage. Should sold at the dollar store. They do not allow returns or refunds. It’s cuz they know their selling junk. Do not waist you money!!! They do not help you when you try to voice your complaint either! Your not getting what you think you are either do watch out!!!

AVOID at all costs!
AVOID at all costs! Cat Kicker Toy arrived without the "kicker" element. Not responding to emails, have logged a complaint via PayPal. Complete scammers

If I could put negative review I would. I tried to cancel my order 30 min after I ordered it. They refused starting that it was already processed. They won't accept returns.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable Ordered the foaming cleanser for my lounge. Received a water spray that cleans nothing. At first got a nice response requesting I send photo, video and picture of postage packaging. Then replied to say they were checking into what they could do for me, but would I mind sending a short video. I replied saying I already sent the video, well that was weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing, I am still sending emails with no response. Was already jabbed once with an incorrect dog ball sent, you would think I would have learnt my lesson then, but now I have, never again will a company like this scam me out of a single cent.

False Advertising!!
False Advertising!! After watching their online advert, I recently ordered a Fish shaped Cat Toy kicker for my cat. In the advert, the fish is shown to have some kind of motor device inside that makes it flap about. So upon purchasing imagine my surprise when there was no kicker inside! Asking for a refund has yielded no results as "they only accept defects or damaged items" Do not trust this company, they will steal your money!
