Ordered bottle cap guns mid November 2019, to date they have not arrived. Initially the company was prompt with emails back, but as of recent, they don't respond. The tracking information says in transit and is coming from China...would not have ordered it had realized where they were coming from!! Worst customer service ever!!

I wish I read reviews of this so called company prior to ordering. Saw the product advertisement on Facebook. Placed an order in early December 2019. Money was accepted 2 days later. 2 weeks later got an email saying the order was being shipped from China. It's now 1/29/2020, still nothing. They don't respond to emails. I finally got a response when I threatened to take legal action. Their only reply was we are looking into it. They've gone ghost again. I'm wondering if this is an actual company.... .

From another Joy. First ordered a Fish in November. Check cashed, nothing received. Ordered again many weeks ago, still nothing. Complained last week, AND Fish finally arrived yesterday! Kitties do like it, but what a sham & nuisance. Shipped from China....

Never received item I ordered in November. Still shows en route from CHINA, which, if I had known that I would’ve never ordered their crap. Won’t answer emails, no phone number, I’ve escalated a claim with PayPal which is taking forever. They did contact me after I made the PayPal claim saying they would look into it but that’s been 2 weeks ago and still no news. Don’t buy from this company. They’re probably why I have started receiving 300+ emails a day also 😡. So mad.

This company is scam. Ordered and paid but never recieved the order. FACEBBOOK WHY DO YOU ALLOW SUCH PEOPLE TO ADVERTISE ON YOUR PAGES!

I also ordered the cat kicker toy. I pretty much assumed the motorized part was not true, but after waiting for weeks I checked a little closer and discovered it was coming from China, tho the company was listed as being in Brazil. I sent an e-mail making it clear I would go to paypal to get my money back, and item arrived a couple days later. Do not make my mistake never order from this scam company.

If I could give them a zero I would. Do not order from these people you WILL NOT get your product. When I contacted then about my order they just kept giving me a B.S. tracking number that doesn't track anything, and told me to be patient. The order was back in November.
