I bought a item a month ago, never arrived and they not responding emails, Didn't got refund and most likely lost my money. Do not buy from them. They are a big scheme.

It has been almost 30 days since I made a purchase. Each time I contact them for shipping updates , all they continue to say is sorry for any unforseen shipping delays. We will get your item to you as soon as possible. You can check the tracking center , yet that does not work!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am sure I am not the only one that has!

One star is too high a rating. The fine print says they will not refund once items are shipped. It took 11 weeks for me to finally get items. And they were shipped out of Wuhan, China, so you can be sure I disinfected the crap out of everything once it arrived.

I,too should have read reviews. Placed order December 3rd, 2019,headlight cleaner and natural nicotine stopper. Today is February 6th and no items or reply. No phone # for this company. DO NOT ORDER

My item was received broken and they said to send photos of product and label . I sent and demanded a refund and they do not respond. Been looking for a phone number but no number found yet. I saw another review with same issue. This is terrible. I wonder how many times they do this? They should not be allowed to advertise onFacebook !!

Online purchase. Product arrived 2+ months after purchase. Item arrived broken. I reached via email out to customer service for a refund. They requested photos of package and broken item. I sent photos immediately. I have not received any response. I have emailed 3 times since then asking for an update. No response. It’s been over three weeks.

Buyer Beware. The products from Sunnyfox are items you can get at a Dolla Tree. I purchased the 11 Universal Screen magnifier on Dec 10,2019. The package finally arrived to me in Florida on Feb 4, 2020. The packaging was terrible. The item was flimsy with 3 of the items with damage. These supposed to have been Xmas gifts for my team of associates. I advised their gift is being shipped. Now that I have received them I'm too embarrassed to hand them out. Buy if you may...but you have been warned!!

sunny foxy ??? ordered 2 talking hamsters Dec 12th got e mail order being prepared . then e mail tracking order didn't work .Contacted them by e mail replied shipping takes 15 to 20 working days . now 47 days no response no delivery now going to post on social media for all to beware of this company I'm in Dublin Ireland .
