Received bogus email from this company…
Received bogus email from this company pretending to be PayPal. Con artist/thief! Do not buy from these thieves. 2/14/21 I saw your reply in my email. Since I STILL have never heard of you.... explain these PayPal emails...frauds. Clearly I don't have an account, you said so yourself...stop sending me emails!!! Especially with PayPal logos on them!

Hi Denise, I wasn't able to find any order under your name. And, we do not send "bogus emails pretending to be paypal" the review you posted is totally false. I'm sure you are referring to another company, not us. ----------- We are not the ones sending you emails, our company name is Sunflower Jewels and our only email is [email protected]. Please double check that email and, block it from your contacts. It's not US.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered months ago and still no delivery. Emailed them and got a generic response saying shipping has been delayed. Do not order from this company!

Slow and evasive in filling as well as…
Slow and evasive in filling as well as shipping orders. Use stall tactics then generated a tracking # without ever giving it to the shipper. Email responses short and offensive. DO NOT BUY. Ordered on Jan 29th and today is Feb 6th still haven't shipped. I don't believe they have the items they are selling in stock. If you order, I warned you.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever! I bought my daughter ring for Christmas which I left in the pacage so she could open it on Christmas Day. When she opened it, the ring was broken. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was to late and they wouldn't be replacing it. Stay away!

This store ship drop from China they are not shipping from Baltimore, they are probably buying those Jewel 1$ and sell them 30 time more expensive.

Horrendously cheap piece of garbage!
My teenage son ordered a necklace for a birthday present in good faith from these scam artists! Received this horrendous, cheap, broken piece of garbage! It's yellow painted plastic! They do not refund, had the nerve to send another cheap of garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
