My girlfriend ordered a pendant and when it arrived it was rubbish. After contact she was offered a refund or replacement and she asked for the latter against my judgement. We have contacted on social media but as soon as the conversation starts it stops, and we have tried via email and on their site bit no response. If I see on FB I make sure my comments are added. I would advise not buying.

Basically I ordered 3 stuff from them: 1-Initial Anklet. 2- Galaxy Flower Rose. 3-Personalized Calendar Keychain. Let us start first with the terms & conditions. It is clearly stated in the website and the bill that international shipments could take up to 2-6 weeks, which is fine. I respect the rules. So I based my plan considering the worst case scenario which is 6 weeks to be in the safe side. I had two special occasions to celebrate (Wife birthday day and anniversary) and you know how women sometimes get emotional when it comes to such type of occasions. So I order the gifts mid of June 2020 and guess what, I didn't receive the package until end of September!! and I received only 2 items; one of them was already damaged!! The third item was received during October! (additional delay). Therefore, I was forced to re-arrange my plan and look for other alternatives since there was no feedback from the customer service. They didn't inform me that the package will be delayed. Also, until this moment, I didn't receive any feedback from them regarding my damaged item! I am so devastated and dissapointed now. I wish I knew about this website before dealing with them. I mean you can see clearly that their overall rating is bad. There is no way that all these customers will not tell the truth. Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered an anklet at the end of April and still have never received it. I expected a little extra time because it was straight in the middle of COVID-19, but I still never got it and even emailed the company last week and still have never heard back from them.

DISGUSTING!! LIARS!! CHEATS!! If only I had seen these reviews before I bought from them!! Sent me the wrong items, delayed my actual item by 4 months, sporadic and nonsensical responses to my emails and messages. Not based in Maryland, US, but China! And the necklace which arrived last week, and cost £70 is so badly made, it wont remain closed, when it should, and the metalwork is shoddy! Now how will my wife take it!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY - but I dont know where one would begin.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I am still waiting for my order for 4 months. When I email them they don’t reply or they say that the order is still in transit. They also do not cancel the order or give a refund. This is a cheat company and I would suggest never buying from them.

I ordered a necklace months ago and haven't received it. The company sends me notifications that the item is in transit to the United States even though the tracking number shows that the item is still in China. In short, don't buy from Sunflower Jewels.

This company is horrible in how they handle their customers. I ordered back in March of 2020 and they sent me the wrong thing twice. Now they are not responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS.!

Do not make the mistake of ordering from this place. Placed order Dec 2019. I've been waiting 4 months for my order and only to receive notice today that my items will be replaced as its expected to be lost in transit. Not willing to refund as well.
