Hello Kareem, we apologize for the bad experience you had with us. Unfortunately, our processing time took longer than usual because of the high amount of orders that we had (we are working on it). We do not offer "VIP" service or expedited shipping. On the description of the "Film Roll Keychain" it clearly states that it takes 5-14 business days for production time. Your order was shipped & unfortunately, we can't control USPS delivery time. Sorry about the delay!
