I've been renting a VPS from them for FiveM for Awhile now they've been really good to me, they fixed any issues I had with the VPS or anything I needed, the servers are always up and if there are any issues Tyler would always let me, I've had some vehicles made for me as well to go with my server they did a great job with the vehicles they made for they added everything I wanted to them, they also sent me video's of all the vehicles to make sure that everything was there that I wanted before they sent them to me. I would recommend them to anyone weather your trying to start a new community or are very new to it all they install everything for you if you dont know how to do it.
