Advertised the shirt as printed graphics. They are not. They are el cheapo iron on heat applied vinyl graphics, which will start peeling off in 2 or 3 washes. Instead of returning, they want me to take a 30% discount on my next order!. Not happening. Stay away from these people!

Terrible return policy. The shirts aren't quality at all, then when I tried to return them they tried to negotiate a 20% discount off my next order?? Don't buy from this company!

I bought three t-shirts from them that were not even close to fitting standard sizes. The small and medium shirts had adult large size sleeves. The 2XL adult was closer to a standard adult large shirt. They supposedly have a 14 day 100% refund guarantee on returned items but they absolutely refuse to provide a refund. They informed me via email that they will give me a 5% refund. Then when I mentioned report to better business bureau and small claims court they offered a 10% refund. T shirt sizes are not as advertised and they REFUSE to honor their return guarantee. Horrible customer service.

T-shirt delaminated during first wash. I approached them.and they said wash it. I informed them that was what caused the problem and they offered my a 5% refund!!!!!!!! So the proposal was for me buying faulty goods I take a 95% loss. Do not buy from these scammers.

Bought 4 t-shirts for my wife’s birthday. 3 of which were massive - didn’t have labels on and must have been 2XL. Correspondence is a nightmare and returning them will cost a fortune. Won’t be buying from Sunbeamlive again.

Chinese company out of Gaunzouh. Bought 2 tee shirts for £37. Took weeks to arrive and were too small. Can't return as has to be tracked courier back to China which cost more than the tee shirts. AVOID

Ordered two size L t-shirts. They send one XXL. When I contact them they tell me I will have to pay cost of return and cost of sending replacement one out. Their mistake but saying I have to pay to rectify.

El patrón y color de las camisetas no se corresponde en nada a las imágenes de la web. En nada es "EN NADA". Al intentar devolver o sustituir los productos te indican que pagues tú los portes de devolución... a China!!! que por supuesto, son mayores al coste del producto. Una auténtica vergüenza. Yo creo que una situación así debe ser hasta denunciable.
