Ordered four XL T-shirts. Sizings and fabrics were all different. T-shirts would not fit. Asked for a return for exchange. They refused saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. In short they do not honour their return policy. One person was sent the wrong sizes with sizing labels cut off. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They literally won't respond to any of my support requests. They send me a low-rez print that looks blurry and cheap. Don't buy from stores with low-rez prints.

No one came back to me on my queries on order - still don't know if sorted

If I could I would put no stars because this company is the worst all around. I placed an order in December and when I received it they had sent the wrong items. Instead of making it right they want me to send back the products and pay for shipping and they will only give me a 10% refund. They are a joke and you will get screwed.

I would absolutely not recommend this company I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them it was very late, size was not accurate and the fabric quality was terrible I have been in contact with them multiple times and will not refund the product the customer service is awful do not buy from this company

Product arrived but not the size ordered, complete denial of any responsibility. Offered me another tshirt if I paid the cost of returning the original order

Never order from this company. Sent me the wrong sizes and won’t refund me or replace them. Horrible customer service and keep giving me the run around. Sad that I have to continually jump through hoops for them to tell me they can’t help me. Sent order and pictures of products that don’t match what was ordered. Told me I would be responsible for shopping to return but that’s so expensive so just order new ones and they would do me a favor and give me 20% off. Not if I needed the clothing to survive the coldest days on earth would I purchase from here again.

I liked the look of the tshirts I purchased. Unfortunately, they were too short in length. They were 1/2 to 1 inches shorter than the published sizes on their website. I decided I wanted to return them. Their customer service let me know I would need to return them to China and it would be very expensive. So they offered me 5% off my next order. I wrote back to let them know that I would not be ordering from them again and 5% was nothing. They replied back with the same exact email. I do not recommend buying from them.
