I received an email 11/7/21 from SumOfUs complaining about the former president and soliciting donations. I researched them to find that this is a left leaning, globalist, anti-Israel organization with George Soros among their ranks. Stay away.

The cause they were collecting for seemed laudable, so I contributed a small amount, only to discover that I had been signed up for a MONTHLY donation. However, I had taken care to click on the button that said 'One time donation', or words to that effect. While this could conceivably have been an error on their part, my suspicions have been aroused . . .

An unethical, biased, one-sided group promoting a political anti-Israel/Pro-Hamas agenda - using hateful, inciting vitriol ("Israel murders and brutalizes Palestinians daily...") that would invariably add to further stirring up anti-Semitism.

They got my first donation with a bee campaign but now they are waging a campaign against Craig & Peter - 2 honest & informed individuals who are fighting for human rights against this whole dodgy covid agenda. For that now I DO NOT TRUST SUMOFUS and realise they are corrupt. Do not sign their campaigns or give them money.

One time donation, seems to be a membership. Made a 1,- euro donation via paypal. A week later they take another euro. At time of payment this wasn't clear. To get unsubscribed take a lot of work. It smells a little scam like to be honest....

Sumofus is an extreme left wing group, aiming to take away free speech and pushing censorship. Don't fall for their propaganda!

I started to follow some of the SumofUs petitions and causes. Some seemed really good, but one in particular put me off. The petition to get insurance companies to cancel coverage for a pipeline. They posted pictures that I believe are over 10 years old and said it happened last month. They choose terrible images to fool people I guess. Not impressed
