Summit SportsReviews of summitonline.com

This is a scam company they just keep changing their online store. It’s been bymayberry.co, summitsporgeare.com, now summit sportgearv.shop. They send fraudulent merchandise made of plastic, i ordered what i believed to be Taos sandals, theyy were junk. I disputed the charge after they said i had to return the merchandise to china and their multiple offers for a partial refund. The website is gone, i won my dispute but they used my credit card info to order merchandise from wayfair and amazon marketplace and electronic online stores.

Scam, they send a text with a reference asking you to all a phone # that is reported as a scam # when checked online.

This company is a scam. I attempted ro purchase shoes and when entering payment info a popup window that had my bank logo requested a verification code texted by my bank and my pin. The transaction failed and within hours that card was added to Apple Pay without my consent and they attempted 2 purchases at a Chicago Target store.

Just back from my annual month-long stay in Whistler. Like last year, I rented a fully-specced DH bike from Summit Sports and like last year, I could not fault the experience. On the day that I collected the bike, Phil welcomed me with a personal handshake, which was a nice touch. And from there, it got better still. The bike was a Commencal V5, and it was awesome. Every 5 days or so, the shop gave it a maintenance check-up, staff were competent, attentive, and always there for a bit of banter and a chat, time allowing. I received great advice on tweaking the bike and they even fitted wider grips for me (which I purchased in-shop). Full marks. I will rent again from Summit next year on my annual pilgrimage to the bike park.

We ordered skis that shipped immediately. This would have been nice were they both the right size. I called customer service expecting to have to do battle but was pleasantly surprised when Yoshi, (the customer service rep), took care of things in the space of 2 minutes. She was more than pleasant, spoke english fluently, and was completely effective. I would not hesitate to order from SummitOnline again.
