Hi Carol, Thank you for the feedback. It does look like you were here during 'shoulder' season and you're right, there isn't much going on. We invite you to come back during the summer or winter seasons for more activities at the resort. There is always hiking, biking and other outdoor fun! We do provide fans in every bedroom at all of our properties and recommend opening up windows to cool things down. We will also recommend that the owner put in a ceiling fan. We would love to see you again in Keystone!

Thanks Kim! The pilot light always stays on in those fireplaces - if it goes out, you wouldn't be able to use the fireplace. We apologize if it was too warm, we always recommend using the fans provided and opening up the windows. We hope you still had a great stay, we would love to host you and your family again! Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for staying with us, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the condo. Good news! We are currently in the process of switching the majority of our properties to a new RFID key card system that will allow for just one entry key. Unfortunately the lock types are typically determined by HOAs, so we don't have always have control over the lock type / key system. We hope you'll come back for a winter visit and hit the slopes!
