If I could give 0 I would!! It took from October 4 to November 28 to get to me. The sweater picture was very nice.The actual product received was horrible! The fabric is cheap not even a sweater fabric. The color is hideous and the sleeves would fit a child not an adult man! Do not order from this company.

Appalling quality
Appalling quality, nothing like picture . Bought xlarge and 2xlarge, my husband is a medium and jumper is halfway up his back. No refund or response from email address. No telephone number. Please do not use them,,,

A scam
A scam. They item they sent was not what was pictured and the size was wrong. No way to contact them for a refund.

Be sure you're working with the actual retailer--not a scammer
I ordered a fairly expensive sweater from this vendor about a month ago, and it seems clear to me now that EITHER they are not a legitimate vendor OR someone lifted a graphic from their website and scammed me. I have received neither the product nor a refund. The customer service person who responded to my queries wrote in broken English. The customer service email is a tomailme.com ISP. BEWARE.
