Quickly going down hill with no concern for customer opinion. We used to like this supermarket, kept shelves stocked, most of staff very helpful. Recently I was shopping in their flower garden, during this someone had gotten the the stores bobcat to load mulch for another customer. A cashier came over to talk to him. Quickly their was a one sided escalation in the conversation. The "gentleman" started swearing and screaming at the lady, going on to say that she could not ask him a question because she was not even a manager. She ran away crying. I went in the store to report the situation and asked that the store manager resolve it. I was quickly told that the man was the store manager and they normally get treated like that. I have reported it twice to the corporate website, and the most that cam out of it were two auto-replys. No more business from me with them handling it this way.
