Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

the whole transaction went smoothly and there were no problems. i am 100% satisfied.

I've been searching around various sites for a Samsonite suitcase and suitcase.com provided the cheapest among the rest. Plus I had a tight schedule, i needed it by the week, they managed to deliver mine in 4 days in Dallas! For that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you suitcase.com!

Spent a lot of time researching the web looking for the right price on four pieces of Samsonite luggage. Gave up on a few retailers because of the negative reviews. Best price I could find was at Suitcase.com. Called to make sure they had the items in stock and was assured they did. Ordered online. All items were delivered about four business days after ordering...in perfect condition. Would not hesitate for a moment ordering from this company again.

Very happy with purchase from Suitcase.com. The site was user friendly and the selection was quite good. Delivery of merchandise was very prompt, the company was nice to deal with when I had questions, and the prices were terrific. Would definitely buy from them again.

The suitcases were ordered, processed and delivered within 7 days. Thanks for the great service

This is a perfect rolling briefcase. It offers great organization and my items are easy to locate. Better yet-- it doesn't tip over!

Only thing I can say it took over a week to get the case, it took 1 1/2 wks, but over all very happy with what I received. Everything I expected! Very good guality I would go to this site again.

I ordered a lightweight suitcase, something that could be easily put in the overhead of airplanes and that had roller-blade wheels. The whole description of the suitcase on the website was so well done, that I was not surprised by anything when the suitcase came in. It truly is lightweight and can easily be lifted into the overhead. The suitcase came in so quickly and without any hassle. I will definitely order from them whenever I need another suitcase.
