I use it for commuting to NYC when I visit clients in the city. it's true to the picture and description. But it's still heavier than what I thought. Well, 7.5lb is not light, especialy when it's loaded, anyway... The wheels are perfect. I love the laptop compartment. Generally, I like it.

Very prompt service and good quality I had ordered previously of the same brand and had an issue with the flap closure ripping off All the others have been fine

I ordered a suitcase needed very quickly for a trip. Upon inquiry of how fast they could deliver, I got an immediate response and tracking number. It arrived within a week. Well done Suitcase.com!

The process was direct and simple. No snags or telephone trees. The only issue was the 6 business days required to receive the item I ordered which was complete.

The bag I selected was actually out of stock, although the website allowed me to order it. A little disappointing, but the communication was prompt and delivery of an alternative was super fast.

I ordered the 28". Haven't use it yet but defenately seems and feels like a strong suitcase. Also the customer service was nice and professional when I needed them.
