I went to a samsonite outlet and looked at prices then looked online and found suitcase.com. The prices seemed almost too good to be true, but I tried it out and everything was perfect! I got my suitcases fast and exactly what I ordered about 40% cheaper than the outlet! I will never buy luggage anywhere else!

I am always slightly apprehensive when ordering on the web from a vendor I have not used before. I rely a lot on reviews and hope for the best...SuitCase.com will not disappoint you. I placed the order late on a Friday and called Monday to inquire since the status stilled showed "processing". They told me that they do not process over the weekends but I should be getting a shipped email today. Sure enough I received the email later that day and my order arrived Friday. The item was absolutely brand new and in perfect condition...as promised AND with FREE shipping...Hope this helps

I ordered a gift for a friend last minute & I choose 2 day delivery so I would have it when I left on my trip. I got a call stating my chosen item was out of stock but that a similar item was available. I was concerned about delivery time as we were down to 2 days before leaving and I hadn't received the item nor had it been shipped. I called and got a little "excited" The rep kept me on hold while he verified that my order had been processed and upgraded me to overnight shipping at no additional cost to me. My friend is VERY happy with their item and I am VERY happy with Suitcase.com. I will definately go to them first for anything I need.

Before ordering a suitcase, I called the company to make sure it would be delivered within a week. I was quoted a delivery date of no later than the following Wed. (approx. one week) and received my purchase the Saturday prior to that. This is good service!

Even with horrible snow and closures I called to see if a gift I ordered would make it for Valentine's day. They rush shipped it and it was here right on time! I would recommend this company 100%. Always a great quality product

This is really a hight quality piece of merchandise. I believe it is comparable in quality to about any on the market. The price from Trustpilot was by far the best that I could find and I would urge you to get one. You won't be dissapointed!

My shipping notice got caught in my spam filter, so I had to call customer support. I got a guy who knew what he was talking about without ever once being put on hold. Imagine that, good old-fashioned customer service. THe suitcase was cheaper than on Amazon, and came as quickly. No complaints.
