Bought matching bags elsewhere and wanted the tote! Lucky me, the warehouse moved in the middle of my order from CA to WA. However, Suitcase was on top of it and notified me immediately. Luckily I have no immediate travel plans and I expect my bag in a couple more days.

The wheels are really great, better than our other Samsonite rotating wheels. The suitcase doesn't feel quite as study though. Otherwise, I can't make further comment until after our trip overseas.

Ordered a suitcase for a gift and was told it was in stock but turned out not to be so I had to go elsewhere to locate on time.

This was my first order from suitcase.com iWe had ordered a set of the Fiero 3 piece spinner by Samsonite, and a Samsonite Winfield 2 Fashion 28" Spinner Luggage. The Fiero set was a good, sturdy set of 3 suitcases in the blue. Really liked them. The Samsonite Winfield was a beautiful suitcase in orange, but frankly, it looked like it would crack with the first hard bang from the luggage handlers. So, I sent it back and bought another 3 piece set of the Fiero in the charcoal. It came very quickly and was the same good, sturdy attractive set as the other set. The service from suitcase.com is fast and very dependable. If I had a complaint, it was only that you have to pay to send anything back . It comes free, but that is it. I took it to UPS and took out the insurance that was on the return directions. It cost me almost $30 freight for one suitcase. That would be my only drawback about ordering from them again. I like companies like Zappos that pay all the freight whether you keep it or not. The suitcase sets we kept are great. We're traveling overseas in July and I think they will hold up very well.

suitcase.com offers quite a great price discounts on some selection of bags and promo to choose from that would really make you buy from them, however the processing time of the purchase is too slow that somehow would give you second thought on buying from them.

This is a great suitcase. But suitcase.com oversold it when I ordered it so it took almost a month for it to arrive at my home. They did email me and asked if my purchase was time sensitive (it was not) so there was no real inconvenience. But the suitcase arrived in great condition and it just what I wanted. The reviews on the website really helped me avoid overpaying for a similar version.

This vendor had the best price for the suitcases I wanted, and their delivery was timely. Suitcases received in good condition.
