They advertised an item that was no longer in stock and that they could not deliver. I short I wasted my time looking at there website, ordering and sending payment information only to find out they could not deliver. So I guess it wasn't such a great price they offered on an non existant item.

I called Suitcase.com within minutes of receiving a huge large Samsonite case. My name and order number were correct on the label. however. i was mailed a huge DELUXE charcoal Traveler 29 " suitcase inside the box. NOT THE SMALL RED boarding bag that I ordered. I also sent an e mail with specific information of the mistake. I was told over the phone that I would be contacted Tuesday 18th Feb. Well it is now Tuesday evening and no one has called. I phoned the number myself and only got an answering machine. ugh

Called a number of times. Kept telling me it would be shipped. Was going on trip out of the country. Had to cancel order and purchase locally.
