I bought a Samsonite carry-on bag. The handle retractor didn't seem to work smoothly. I emailed the suitcase.com. I had a response within minutes that they wanted me to be completely satisfied and would ship a new bag immediately. We also had a theory that perhaps the retractor just needed a little practice to work properly. That turned out to be true, and a new bag was not required. But, i was very impressed.
