Great bag for business traveler. Perfect for weekend or 2.3 trips

I was impressed with the quick service and shipping. Another company couldn't (or wouldn't) fill this order, so I was glad to find these folks.

I ordered a Samsonite suitcase from them. I received my package in a timely manner in perfect condition. Great price....free shipping. Suitcase.com could not be beat!! Would definitely purchase from them again.

I found the suitcase I wanted online and needed it in a hurry. The best price was on suitcase.com. I called the support line and was able to speak to someone immediately, who told me they could get it to me the same day (with no change to the already-free shipping). It arrived as promised in perfect shape. I'd use this again any time!

Wanted to purchase Eagle Creek large packing folders. Searched the Internet and found Suitecase.com. Product, price and delivery all met my expections I'll order from Suitecase.com again.

Ordered a carry on suitcase and did not see the order being processed in my email. Contacted Suitase.com and they immediately informed me that the manufacturer had shut down for the holidays. They asked when I needed the bag. As I had an upcoming business trip I told them my time frame for needing delivery. I was told they would try to make it happen. Two days later I got a call from Suitcase.com. They informed me they had found a bag to fill my order and it would arrive in the next few days. It did arrive and I am very happy with my experience with Suitcase.com and their CS department. This is a really class outfit and will never buy another bag elsewhere.
