Why did they ship my order on Tuesday if I placed the order on Sunday?

happy with the bag, the inside is in plastic, I was expecting textile. unexpected COD charges .. half of the value of the bag when it arrived...

Fast shipping about 5 business days, cheap price, new product. I order the indigo blue inova 29'' but it is out of order so they offer the silver one for me because I am in a rush to get it. Yeah!!! Get it on time.

I found the luggage I wanted through Suitcase.com well below the price any other retailer was selling it for. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday afternoon. I was a little nervous that it might not arrive in time for my trip but it did. I didn't receive the tracking number until two days after my item shipped. Their customer service and online chat personnel were very professional and courteous. The one thing they need to work on is communicating the progress of the order through the order tracking link they give you. It stays in processing for about 5 days, which made me a little nervous because I was traveling the next week. From my experience, and based on other reviews that I read, expect to receive your package 9 days after you place your order. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I was very happy with the service but i did not get a receipt. They made the delivery on time, very pleased.

The lightweight 360 spinners are the best. Going through the airport is a breeze. I got most of my items quickly. Two items were backlogged. The.only negative was no one alerted me about the backlog until I contacted them. Once it was noted that my items were backlogged, the customer service was great in researching and communicating the progress of my items.

This was my first order from Suitcase.com and will definitely order again. Not only was the purchased item $20 less than anywhere else, customer service is fantastic. The item received was not what I had ordered and when I called, not only did I speak to a person (not an automated system), but was promised the correct item would be sent out immediately. Three days later, the correct bag was delivered. Thanks!

Ordered a suitcase, with three day shipping. After four days I had not received a shipping confirmation. I called customer service on a Saturday morning and was greeted with a great customer service representative. After researching I was told the shipping department had "lost" my tracking number and they would have to get back to me Monday. However, the customer service representative was great and continued researching, called me back and let me know when to expect my package. In spite of the confusion, it was actually a good experience.
