I ordered the Samsonite Lift 2 carry-on garment bag as a b'day present for my husband. He opened the box before I got home - he really likes it. Size and quality appear great (only had it for a few days). The price was the best I'd seen in store or online. In light of all of the new airline baggage restrictions, hoping this one will fit in United's "test box". Ordered the bag on a Sunday, process was fast, received the bag on Thursday. Will definitely order from Suitcase.com again.

I was looking for a good backpack to replace my rolling suitcase carry-on After watching the video on Suitcase.com, I ordered an Apera Active Pack that is perfect! It has all the features I wanted and more. An added bonus was that the color I wanted was on sale and I got a fantastic price. It arrived in a timely manner. Easy ordering process. Had what I wanted (Pacsafe Metrosafe 250), and about 25% less than anywhere else I could find it. Received in less than a week with standard shipping. Received brand new, with tags, wrapped in original plastic. Even REI doesn't leave the plastic on, in the stores. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I was leaving on a trip with in a week and I went on line and ordered to pieces of luggage ( that I absolutely love) that I needed for my trip and they came in on time just like they promised. I would definitely reccomend this site to my friends and family.

I ordered a large Samsung, hard, suitcase from this vendor because they had the lowest price on the net (by far). I also ordered a Swiss Army knife from them. Both items were shipped free or charge--and very fast. The suitcase arrived in the original manufacturer's box with absolutely all the packaging from the factory--which you don't normally get when you purchase it at a retail store. The suitcase was in perfect condition, needless to say. The Swiss Knife, however, was a different story. They sent me the wrong model. But when I sent an email to complain, immediately the replied by telling me that they had already shipped the correct one, along with a pre-paid envelope to mail the wrong knife back to them--via USPS. I wasn't really expecting this kind of excellent customer service, to tell you the truth. Most companies wait until the receive the wrong item before they ship the correct one. But Suitcase.com sent the correct item right away--and this time they got it right. Sending back the wrong item was a breeze, since all I had to do is slip it into the pre-paid envelope and put it in my mailbox. All in all, a very good shopping experience with these guys! Highly, highly recommended!!

I had shopped around at sales and discount stores for a deal on luggage. Then I decided to try the internet and found this great deal at suitcase.com of a Samsonite 3 piece Fiero Luggage set. The charcoal set is beautiful, almost a shimmering silver color. Best of all was the fact that I ordered early in the week and my set arrived the following Saturday. My only concern, and it was brief, was that I did not get an email with a tracking number. However, based on the delivery, this company is right on top of fulfilling shipments. Thank you!
