I ordered a set of 3 suitcases in purple. I received an email telling me that those were out of stock, but they would replace those with a better brand. When those were out of stock in purple, they sent me a 4-piece set that was more than the price I originally paid, for no extra cost. I was very pleased with the service I got from the company. The suitcases I got were of good quality and were, of course, purple.
