Great Customer Service!
I ordered 4 pieces luggage for an upcoming trip. It said nothing about, on back order, or out of stock. When it was delivered there were only 3 pieces and panic set in. I explained to CS that this was needed for a trip in less than 2 wks and they worked to find a piece and send it so it would arrive in time. We even have 4 days to spare. Thank you for your help with this. It will make this trip much easier.

I did a price comparison before ordering my two new suitcases. Suitcase.com was the cheapest,by far! The whole process was so easy, and my suitcases were delivered to my door in a relatively short time frame. The customer service was excellent also.
