Found a better price elsewhere and canceled my order-- no problem: suitcases.com issued prompt refund.

I used this merchant as I had good experience with them before. However, this time the product I ordered wasn't in stock, and it has been placed on back-order. Unfortunately, I had a limited window to get the product, so I have placed an order for the item with another merchant. That product has now arrived in time.

Merchandise was sent out immediately after I ordered. I received it very quickly. Faster than promised!

I had a great experience at Suitcase.com. They had the lowest prices on the luggage I wanted, and I shopped around quite a bit. They also personally took care of me, with a very nice person over the phone, to make sure that my suitcases arrived in a short time, before my trip. This included the rep calling to their west coast warehouse and arranging the shipment from there. He then followed up with me by phone to let me know the plans. The suitcases arrived on time, in great shape, and we are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely be shopping with them for my travel needs. Thank you!!
