These folks do it right: great selection, super-low prices, and quick shipping (my new bag arrived a day earlier than even FedEx said it would).

My experience was truly amazing. The bag i ordered was out of stock and discontinued, but I needed it urgently and could not wait to shop around some more. The folks at Suitcase found the upgraded version of the bag for me and shipped it within 2 days. It was a great experience, which made me feel as if i got real personal customer service! i WILL be returning. Thanks so much. It was perfect!
