SuccesscoachingReviews of successcoaching.com

i recently completed the CSM–Customer Success Management Level 1 course (on Dec 5th) and passed the exam. Although the course itself was excellent, I have not received my certification or any follow‑up communication from SuccessCoaching.co. The system indicated I would receive an email within 15 minutes, but as of December 10th, I have not received anything. I’ve reached out multiple times via email, and the AI bot simply directs me to email support. It would be nice to have a response, and if there is a technical problem, I understand, but I think I should be made aware. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

I was happy with the program, until I noticed that THEY KEPT WITHDRAWING MONEY even though I cancelled the program. First of all it's crazy that buying the course you don't actually buy the course, but rather the access to it, and you have to PAY EVERY YEAR if you want to keep access. And if you cancel the course, you need to CANCEL each course SEPARATELY, because they will keep withdrawing your money from your card. When I tried to reach out to support - they DIDN'T REPLY neither by email not in their chat, just bot kept popping up, no answers from real people for almost a month. Looks like they avoid the topic. Very POOR customer EXPERIENCE.
