Butcher Box allows a customer to designate in settings where you want your purchase to be delivered to. Every delivery from them was delivered to the wrong designated location. A few months of emails to customer service didn’t help rectify this issue, as well as, contacting the CEO of Butcher Box personally. I don’t know too many people that would appreciate their expensive purchases to continually be mishandled, nor are able to babysit their delivery.
