Ich habe mir einen Sublue Vapor gekauft und wollte ihn heute voller Vorfreude erstmals in Betrieb nehmen. Leider wurde ich direkt enttäuscht. Beide Akkus wurden vollständig geladen. Beim Einschalten gibt das Gerät jedoch lediglich einen Piepton von sich, während das Display dunkel bleibt. Eine Inbetriebnahme ist somit nicht möglich. Besonders kritisch empfinde ich den Kundendienst: Für Europa scheint kein telefonisch erreichbarer Support vorhanden zu sein. Bei einem Produkt in der Preisklasse von nahezu 4.000 € halte ich das für völlig unzureichend. Derzeit befürchte ich, dass das Gerät zur Prüfung oder Reparatur nach China eingesendet werden muss. Sollte sich dies bestätigen, wären meine bereits geplanten Urlaubsaktivitäten mit dem Gerät voraussichtlich nicht mehr möglich. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle und kundenorientierte Lösung und werde meine Bewertung entsprechend aktualisieren, sobald der Hersteller reagiert hat. Ich kann mich erfreulicherweise jetzt KORRIGIEREN, der E-Mail support hat sofort reagiert auch am Wochenende, sehr vorbildlich und lösungsorientiert. Das Problem konnte zwar nicht behoben werden, aber mir wurde sofort ein neues Gerät zugesagt und verschickt damit ich es dann schnellstmöglich nutzen kann. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt. sublue weiter so. Mittlerweile (nach nur 4 Tagen nach Kroatien) ist das Ersatzgerät eingetroffen und wir konnten es sofort testen, es ist wirklich ein tolles Gerät und tatsächlich vergleichbar zum Sebob den wir ebenfalls an Board haben. Der Vapor ist jedoch deutlich handlicher und daher praktischer. Tolles Gerät

My husband bought 2 Sublue Navbow water scooters off Facebook marketplace. When he got them, he realized something was wrong with them and they wouldn’t stay on longer than a few seconds. Our kids were so disappointed and our night was almost ruined. Until my husband called Sublue and spoke to Eddie. He walked us through how to troubleshoot them and we identified the parts that needed to be replaced. Not only that but we were able to figure out how to bandaid the issue until we receive the parts. My kids were able to use them and ended up having a great night! It’s crazy to read other reviews and see that people received poor customer service with this company, because Eddie went out of his way to help us, even after his working hours. 5 stars from us!

I can’t say enough about Sublue scooters and their custom service. My scooter reliability, prompt shipping and customer service is incredible.

I have never had the pleasure of meeting any support professional that is better than Eddie at Sublue in Walnut Ca. His expertise is astounding. His willingness to make his customer satisfied is infinite. I feel like I have a friend who loves Sublue products almost as much as me and can take the abuse I've put mine through and make it new again. I owned two, but after meeting Eddie in person, I bought two more. His nature engenders loyalty just like a best friend. I wanna explore the Sublue infinite with him and my hope is we meet up next someplace underwater and tropical like Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island. Let me know when you're going brudda. I have had my Sublue Mix Pro for over two years and I cannot tell you how glad I am to have purchased it. In making search grids in the Bahamas I can cover so much territory, quickly, it is beyond a Godsend. Recently I had to return it for repair as one switch failed and I sent it to their facility. They returned it in perfect condition in less than two weeks and I was, again, so grateful. The staff I communicated with were so great and responsive, in this world, that is in itself a miricle. I would for sure recommend Sublue to everyone and if I ever purchase another scooter, it will be from them and probably be an upgraded selection. Thank you again, Kelly Finn
