I stayed at the Carabanchel Studio (955€) through Students Booking and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The studio was modern, clean, fully furnished, and had everything I needed from day one. Having my own private bathroom and kitchenette made a huge difference compared to shared apartments. The building is full of Erasmus and international students, so it was very easy to meet people and make friends while still having privacy when needed. The WiFi was fast, the common areas were well maintained, and facilities like the gym, pool, rooftop terrace, and coworking spaces made the experience feel much more premium than a typical student residence. Weekly cleaning and all bills included also removed a lot of stress. The location in Carabanchel is well connected with several metro and bus options, making it easy to reach central Madrid, universities, and nightlife areas. For Madrid standards in 2026, a private studio with these facilities at 955€ offers strong value compared to many student residences charging over 1,000€–1,500€ per month.
