Pedro was great. He genuinely seemed to care about people and had the knowledge and experience to help those of us who feel stuck in stressful and confusing situations. Customer service seems to be getting worse in the world, so it’s especially refreshing to work with someone who truly cares. I really appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help.

Hi Catherine thank you so much for the kind words. It was truly a pleasure working with you. I agree with your outlook on client service. And we really do try to create an amazing client experience especially in a space where borrowers are starving for direction and just some good reliable attention. Which unfortunately is absent across the student loan space. Which is why we have so many frustrated borrowers. We look to alleviate that.
