DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not even know the meaning of customer service & are possibly in Monaco. They cannot be contacted by phone. The tops I ordered were 2-3 sizes too big so not true to size. All I wanted to do is return them for a refund. They refused to give me a return address. There’s not I e in their site and they do not honor their own refund policy!!!!! They should be closed down!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 shirts. I only recieved one and it has already fallen apart in the wash. I have reached out multiple times about the damaged shirt and not receiving the second shirt and the only response is a generic automated response. I have filed a complaint with Paypal as that is the way I paid. They stole from me!!!!

I wish I'd thought to check these reviews before ordering from them. Product description says sweatshirt, the material is actually like a stretchy nylon and the quality is complete trash. Trying to do a return seems almost impossible. There is no return info in the packaging. Plus it took a month to get here! Money is probably lost but lesson learned.

I wish I'd thought to check these reviews before ordering from them. Product does not even slightly resemble the website photo and the quality is complete trash. Trying to do a return is virtually impossible. Money lost and lesson learned.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I finally got my order, it was not what they advertised! It was cheap, wrong material, and way too small. I cannot get past the “customer service” online. Keeps wanting me to hit “ask a new question”, I’ve been doing this for awhile and no response. I just want to return these rags and get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

What a nightmare. They overcharged me, sizing was off, quality is poor and their customer service is anything but customer service. I am still waiting for a refund on the amount they overcharged me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them. 100% the worst shopping experience I have ever had, ever!!!!

Defective merchandise - sending automated responses after I have provided all their required info for a return! Cheap product - do not, I repeat, do not order from this company! Unfortunately, I had to rate them with 1 star - this company is not even close to earning 1 star!

Constructive criticism: Stop selling low-quality items that are nothing like the photo images. Have a return policy that includes the option to make a return, rather than saying "it is what you ordered, maybe you can give it to a friend." Stop using AI to respond to customer complaints. I had to choose a "star" but this outfit isn't worth any "stars." In fact, if I could give it a negative ten, I would.
