What looks like a cute boutique cotton sweatshirt is actually a jersey, Halloween looking shirt that in no way resembles what’s advertised. It’s terrible quality, color, and design. When you message them about returning for a refund, they tell you to “gift it to a friend” And to return it will cost $165.20 via the post office because it ships from an address in New York but they require you to return it to China!! It’s definitely a scam‼️‼️

If I could rate them a zero, I would. I wish I would have googled this company before I ordered. My sweatshirt looked NOTHING like advertised, poor quality material, the image on the sweatshirt was already peeling, etc. When I went to their customer service and explained everything, they stated there is nothing ever wrong with their products and they would only give me a $2 refund on a $50 purchase. Do NOT order from this company EVER. Any where else I'd get my money back and an apology, not here.

I received a sweatshirt that I ordered from them. The material and quality is cheap and the shirt length is too short. I have contacted customer support and was told someone would contact me. I am still waiting to hear back from someone. I am very disappointed and would never purchase from this company again. I wish I had read heir reviews before I purchased. Lesson learned.

I ordered a Thanksgiving shirt over two weeks before Thanksgiving, and two weeks later it still isn't even in this country 😣 all of the product updates I receive are from a third party company. Sketchy. Buyer beware.

I too wished I would have googled this company before I ordered. Poor quality material and they won't give me a refund and offered me $4 for a $70 purchase....um okay....Do not order from this company. Any where else I'd get my money back, not here.

Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. The products look nice online but are really poor quality materials with blurry graphics. The customer service is a joke and constantly denied my return requests.
