Quality Issues. This company is great at communicating the progress of your order. It took 3 or 4 weeks for it to arrive and I got an email every few days detailing the progress. However, the workmanship of the T-shirt I received was poor. I sent an email with a picture. I didn't expect a new shirt or anything. They said there was nothing wrong with the shirt but offered me a $2 rebate. I told them no thanks and sent the picture again. I just wanted them to acknowledge the poor workmanship. They said there was nothing wrong with the workmanship but offered me $4 rebate. I told them to keep their money. So what was the issue? Where the collar was sewn the material was bunched up and wrinkled. It is easy to see when comparing the right side with the left side. Can I still wear the shirt, yes but that's not the point.

They get ZERO stars….total scam! I used THEIR third party tracking service that they sent me. They are claiming my item arrived into the USA customs and delivered to my house the next day in the Midwest. Pleas, it takes 2 days just to get my mail from Gary, Indiana. They refused to give me the usps tracking number that start with a 9 nor a picture of it being delivered.

Beware!! Total scam of a business and actually located overseas. I ordered five items in 5X. Two came in S, and the 5X were too small. I contacted the company to initiate a return and refund. They wanted proof they sent the wrong size, then followed up with an email saying thier records said they sent the correct items. I again told them I wanted to return the entire order for a full refund. My order was almost $100, they refused the return saying they sent the correct order. I should just "transfer it to another individual" they would offer me compensation of $8 as a "gesture of goodwill." I refused, again saying I wanted to return the entire order for a full refund. They refused, saying it would cost ME a substantial amount to ship back, but they'd offer me $10.

I ordered $60 worth of merchandise. Items are too small. I asked for a refund within the 14 days that they require. They offered me a refund of $6. Never buying from there again!!

This company is terrible. They list on the website that they do returns, but I promise you it’s a lie! Don’t fall for it! I spent several days going back and forth with them about how to return the two sweatshirts I got from them. They kept giving me the run around saying it was the right order and there was nothing wrong with the sweatshirts and it’s a smaller company so shipping is high, etc and wanted to know if I was accept $4 back instead. I paid over $50, so I said no that wasn’t an unacceptable trade. How do I return these? And they continued to come back with more and more excuses about it. I eventually got tired of the back and forth and said I would take $25 and nothing less for it or send me the address to return it to. They countered with saying they could only do $6. Finally I told them I was done arguing because they clearly weren’t going to tell me the address to send it to and told them if they have no intentions of letting people return things, then it needs to be taken off their website. It was ridiculous and a waste of my time trying to deal with them. Now I know to never order from them again. The sweatshirts were an ugly polyester and not what I thought they would be either.

SCAM!! The address does not exist. The phone is disconnected. Product claims it’s sent from Italy, but had several labels on it and came from Chicago. Reported but wish I would have read all the terrible reviews first!!! Geathers Fotty is the shady company and there are so many lawsuits filed against them it’s unreal. Go google it.

I ordered a st Patty's day sweatshirt after shipping it cost me almost $35. I received the sweatshirt and it looks like it was made in someone's house. The material is some stretchy material and the decals look like I did it myself. My teenage kids laughed at the shirt and said there was no way they would let me wear it. I reached out to customer service and received a message that they are away for the next 2 weeks. I just want my money back. There are nicer shirts at the dollar store!

So I bought a few items. One was for Christmas. They all showed up over a month after I ordered them. I tracked the items. They came from Belgium which I thought was weird. Went to their website. Stated a 14 days return policy after delivery date. Everything was way to big or to small. They want to refund me 10% of purchase price and that’s after a few emails. I don’t understand. This was embarrassing. I won’t be purchasing down them or anything like this again. I even looked up the website to make sure they were legit. Disappointed to say the least.
