Great communication! Was contacted to confirm my drop off time, and was able to delay the drop off as we were a little behind on our arrival. Also had the same great communication to remind me of the pickup time, really appreciated this, since you are busy packing and could easily forget. The stroller was exactly what we ordered and in great condition, no problems. Would recommend and plan to use them again.

So easy! Came right at the exact time I chose. Dropped it off. It was clean and you could tell an expensive well taken care of stroller. They picked it up on time and we’re super friendly and texted me with updates. Cost efficient and Disney/Universal friendly, will be using again

Love the fact that this company made everything so convenient for us. We picked it up at our resort office and drop it off in the same spot. So grateful for this company the stroller was clean and big. The only thing is I wasn't thinking to get an front and back stroller it was hard to get the double side by side stroller in the stores. Next time I will pick a front and back one. Thanks for the services.
