They seem to have serious problems with international shipping and customer service. I ordered a custom set of strings from Europe, and it never arrived. After 8 months of back-and-forth communication and requesting a refund, I have received neither the product nor the refund.

I paid extra for priority shipping 2-3 days. It wasn't shipped for 3 1/2 days! Unacceptable! Also, I sent a message with a question about their product and there was no customer service response. Again unacceptable in the real world...
