I have Tesamorelin from a different vendor. I used Strikepoint (SP) BAC water that purchased in a 5 pack. My first vial of Tesamorelin was mixed with 2 ml of (SP) BAC that was refrigerated and I used 1 dosage. The next day, I went back for the second dosage and the vial was a solid gel. My second vial I used 3 ml of BAC from Hospira (H) that was refrigerated and am still using that vial. I then took vial 3 and put in 3 ml of (SP) BAC and used 1 dosage and the next day it was a solid gel. The PH of (SP) seems off and Tesamorelin is highly sensitive to PH. Wasting 2 vials of Tesamorelin is not cheap and I would not recommend StrikePoint for their BAC water for Tesamorelin. If the PH is off I would suggest not using it for any other peptide as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the team at Strikepoint and wanted to share it. I needed to change my order and apply a discount code, so I submitted a support ticket on a Saturday. Essentially, I got the additional items for free. That kind of customer-first thinking is rare. Extremely impressed with the speed, flexibility, and genuine care from the Strikepoint team (especially Scott). I would highly recommend them to anyone. FYI - the support ticket was responded to within 10min and a resolution was met on the first exchange.

There was zero pressure when I declined at first, which I really appreciated. After doing a little more research, I decided to place the order using the alternate method. Due to a delay on the order date, they upgraded my shipping to 2nd Day Air at no extra charge so it still arrived when originally expected. Packaging was excellent—especially for such a fragile item—and everything arrived safely. Great customer service from start to finish. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company handles them that matters, and they absolutely made it right. Very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
