I have been using Strictly Sealcoating for 6-8 years
I have been using Strictly Sealcoating for 6 to 8 years now for sealcoating my driveway. Up until this year they have always done a great job and were very responsive to needs and concerns. Their product was good. This year that all changed. In the spring I contacted them to set up an appointment for sealcoating. They said they would let me know when they would be in my area. I didn't hear back for several weeks so I called again and was rudely informed that they'll get to it when they can. I thought this was very unusual for a Woman Owned company that had always been on top of their game. Eventually I got a call to set an appointment. ($165.00) Unfortunately the quality of their product and service are no better than the cheap guys except they're not cheap! After they were gone I noticed that the ONLY crack on my drive was not sealed well. I became concerned that once winter comes and water freezes in the crack, it's going to cause a problem. I contacted STRICTLY SEALCOATING in July and SEVERAL times since, pleading with them to seal the crack. They kept telling me that they would get to it. It's a 10 minute job! It is now almost November and I have heard nothing and THE CRACK IS GETTING WORSE! Since STRICTLY SEALCOATING no longer stands behind their work I'm going to try to fix it myself! LET THIS BE A HEADS UP, DO NOT HIRE STRICTLY SEALCOATING TO DO YOUR DRIVEWAY, THEY ARE NO LONGER A RECOMMENDED PROVIDER!
