Do Not Invest – Stratus Exploits Its Franchisees
If you’re considering investing in a Stratus franchise, think twice. They promise support and business growth, but the reality is very different. Stratus removes accounts from existing franchisees to give them to new ones, leaving hardworking owners without income. Many franchisees, including myself, have experienced the same unfair treatment. Customers complain about Stratus’ poor service, yet the company blames franchisees instead of taking responsibility. When clients try to cancel, they are treated rudely. This is not just my experience—many other franchisees are facing the same issues. Stratus is not a real business opportunity; it’s a scheme that takes advantage of people’s investments. Be warned before making the same mistake.
