Ordered glasses a month ago - No glasses - No explanation
Ordered glasses a month ago. After two weeks was informed there was a problem with the frames. Changed Frames. Two more weeks go by. No update. Called and was told they have no idea when I will get my glasses. Said they would check and someone "might" call me me back. That's it after a month. Someone "might" call me back. Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.
